hi team,, the best is the ring fixator,,, if u can dock ok,, otherwise graduall docking plus proximal osteotomy,,if possible on distal too, it will increase the blood supply as well will shorten the duration of tt,, i guess this should be the treatment of choice for such injuries.. emal wardak
