[Ortho] radio ulnar synostosis

 Presenting a case of 4 years old female child with restricted movement of left elbow joint and deformity since birth.
 
No history of fever, trauma and any other joint involvement.
 
On examination;
Positive findings are; 
1.deformity of left elbow joint with flexion- pronation attitude
2. ROM ( range of movement) fixed flexion deformity of 30 degree. Further active painfree movement 30 to 120 degrees.
Supination arc 10 degrees
Pronation arc 5 degrees
 
 
X rays attached!
Primary diagnosis; radio ulnar synostosis
 
Kindly help with your personal experiences in such cases. What do u do? What are the results.
